Delivery
We always work try to process your order as quickly as possible. If you place an order before 12.00 on Monday-Friday, the order is normally handled the same day for products in stock and you will normally receive the product within 1-3 days.
Open a product page on our website, and you will see the estimated delivery time for that particular product. During the summer period we have somewhat longer delivery times, but our goal is to deliver within 3 days.
For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is a few days longer, normally between 1-2 weeks. We do not order goods from suppliers every day but try to limit it to 1-2 times a week. This causes the delivery time to vary somewhat, which makes the delivery time indicated approximate and we cannot always guarantee that it is accurate.
On weekends and holidays, processing of orders is closed, and orders are processed on the next workday.
Unfortunately, it is also possible that goods have expired or are temporarily out of stock with our suppliers, and since we do not have full access to their availability status, we have difficulties with always keeping the website fully updated, but we try as best we can. Should there be any problems or delivery delays, we will try to notify you as soon as we can, usually by email.
Shipping costs
All orders over 999 SEK from our web shop www.magnussonsur.se receive free shipping within Sweden! For orders under SEK 999, we need to charge a shipping cost of SEK 69.
For orders within the Nordic region, we charge 149 SEK for orders under 6,000 SEK. If you order for more than 6,000 SEK, the shipping cost is 69 SEK.
For purchases from a country within the EU, shipping will be 169 SEK for purchases under 8,000 SEK. For larger orders, shipping is free.

Shipping methods
We use Postnord. This makes all shipments traceable and normally take 1 workday for most of Sweden, but to some parts you may have to add 1 additional workday.
